We're looking for a Studio Operations Coordinator who is highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our dance studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, improving operational efficiency, and creating a welcoming experience for staff, students, and parents. You will work closely with the management team and teaching staff to support studio operations, events, and administrative processes. Job Summary As the Studio Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operational and administrative functions of the studio, support events and performances, ensuring efficient processes, excellent customer service, and a positive studio environment. Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the studio to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Manage administrative processes, including student registrations, class scheduling, attendance records, and customer enquiries. Coordinate with teachers and management. Deliver professional and friendly customer service to students and parents, through various communication channels. Support the planning and execution of studio events, performances, examinations, workshops, and other special projects. Maintain accurate student records, operational documents, and administrative databases. Oversee inventory, studio supplies, and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure facilities are well maintained. Assist with basic financial administration, including fee collection, invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and contribute to creating an efficient and positive studio experience. Provide general operational support to management and assist with ad-hoc projects as required. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Dance, Early Childhood, Business Administration, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, customer service, or office coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Comfortable working with administrative systems and databases; experience with OClass is an advantage. Basic numeracy skills to support fee administration and financial transactions. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Experience in the education, arts, fitness, or dance industry is an advantage. Willingness to work weekends and during studio events or performances when required.
