Manager

Job Description Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction workers. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and government authorities. Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges promptly. Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and company policies. Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among stakeholders. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor project team members. Support business development by assisting with project planning, tendering, and client relationship management. Job Requirements Minimum 3 of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration. Familiarity with local building regulations and safety requirements. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication Strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flixibility to work extended hours when required
