Beverage Making Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily beverage preparation and service operations. Ensure all beverages are prepared according to company recipes and quality standards. Train, coach, and evaluate beverage-making staff. Monitor employee performance and maintain productivity. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Manage inventory levels and order beverage ingredients and supplies as needed. Minimize product waste and control operational costs. Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally. Prepare work schedules and assign duties to team members. Maintain cleanliness of beverage preparation areas and equipment. Support management in achieving sales and operational targets. Prepare daily and monthly operational reports when required. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in beverage preparation or café operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices. Leadership and team management skills. Good communication Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flexbility to work extended hours when required.
