Electromechanical Technician

Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment and systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and production equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications. Replace or repair defective components such as motors, sensors, relays, drives, bearings, and control systems. Assist in the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of machinery and equipment. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation. Follow workplace safety procedures and comply with relevant regulations and standards. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance,manufacturing, industrial automation, or related fields preferred. - Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels,PLCs, sensors, and automation equipment. - Understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics,pneumatics, and power transmission equipment. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings andschematics. - Proficiency in using diagnostic and testing instrumentssuch as multimeters, clamp meters, and calibration tools. - Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs andtroubleshooting techniques. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasksfor extended periods. - Exposure to machinery, noise, heat, and industrialenvironments. - Able to work under pressure and meet tight dealines, withflexibility to work extended hours when required
