As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our growing technical team. Job Description The successful candidate will work on data analytics, machine learning and AI-related consulting projects. The role involves analysing complex datasets, developing predictive models, supporting software solution development and delivering analytical insights to clients. The ideal candidate should enjoy solving real-world business problems using data-driven approaches and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse structured and unstructured datasets to generate business insights. Develop machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions. Design and implement data processing workflows. Develop statistical models for business applications. Support AI-enabled software development projects. Prepare technical reports and analytical documentation. Collaborate with software developers and project teams. Conduct data validation, model evaluation and performance optimisation. Participate in client meetings and technical discussions. Support continuous improvement of internal analytical methodologies. Requirements Applicants should possess: Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline. Strong programming skills in Python. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modelling. Experience with SQL and data analysis. Familiarity with scientific computing libraries such as NumPy, Pandas and Scikit-learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications The following will be advantageous: Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with cloud platforms. Experience developing AI or data-driven software solutions. Knowledge of REST APIs and database systems. Experience with data visualisation tools.
