Data Analyst Lead

Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of enterprise dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI and Snowflake, with robust version control. Define and maintain consistent data models, transformations, metrics, and KPI definitions across analytics products. Partner with Data Engineers and govern certified, discoverable datasets in Alation with clear lineage and business definitions. Perform deep-dive analysis to identify performance drivers and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership. Embed diagnostic and predictive analytics into dashboards in collaboration with Data Science and AI teams. Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to enterprise standards for accuracy, refresh cadence, and design. Mentor analysts and build organisation-wide data literacy through the Analytics Centre of Excellence while bridging business and technical teams. Requirements 8–10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance analytics. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling using Snowflake. Strong understanding of data pipelines, metadata management, and governance frameworks (e.g., Alation). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-visualisation skills.Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate technical findings in plain language.
