Director - Parental Experience

Lead the end-to-end parent experience by overseeing strategic communications, engagement initiatives, and operational service standards. Coordinate across academic and operational teams to strengthen parent trust, belonging, and long-term advocacy. Requires 10-12 years of professional experience in strategic communications or customer experience, preferably in complex or educational organizations. A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required, with CX certifications being an advantage.
