Airfreight Operations Executive

Job Scope: • Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations • Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs • Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits declaration • Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery • Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status • Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements • Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations Requirements: • Minimum 1–2 years experiences in airfreight operations (export/import) • Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures • Able to work independently and handle urgent shipments • Good communication and coordination skills • Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems • Team player, responsible, and detail-oriented Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm Sat 9am to 1pm (alternate Saturday off after confirmation)
