FloodX Singapore Pte Ltd Technical Sales Coordinator 📍Woodlands (HQ) | Full-Time, Permanent | Reports to: Projects Director About FloodX Singapore FloodX Singapore is a specialist flood protection company headquartered in Singapore, serving clients across Asia and the Middle East, with a presence in Dubai. We supply and install the largest and most comprehensive range of flood protection products in the region. Our work is technical, project-based, and deadline-driven — we protect critical infrastructure and assets where failure is not an option. The Role We are hiring a Technical Sales Coordinator who can independently own the full sales administration cycle — from issuing accurate quotations to closing the loop with customers — and keep our Projects Director informed and ahead of every logistics milestone. This is not a support role. You will be responsible for the accuracy of every quote that leaves FloodX and for ensuring goods arrive, clear customs, and reach site on time. What You Will Do Sales Quotations & Customer Follow-Up · Independently prepare, verify, and issue sales quotations and tender proposals · Follow up every open quotation by contacting customers proactively with a clear status update · Process confirmed orders, coordinate with the Projects Director on project handover, and ensure the customer is kept informed at every stage · Respond to customer enquiries professionally and within agreed turnaround times Logistics & Project Delivery Coordination · Coordinate with our factories, freight forwarders, and local logistics providers to track shipments from factory to Singapore and onward to site · Support the Projects Director in planning and confirming delivery schedules, ensuring goods clear customs and reach site locations by the required project dates · Manage import documentation, packing lists, and delivery orders; verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders before acceptance · Liaise with installation teams and site coordinators to confirm readiness and access for product delivery and installation · Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records; generate logistics status reports for the Projects Director as required Sales Administration & Reporting · Prepare and update marketing and presentation materials for client-facing meetings as directed · Maintain accurate CRM and sales records; ensure all customer interactions and deal stages are logged · Support tender submissions: compile documents, check specifications, and meet submission deadlines What We Require Must-Have · Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, project administration, or logistics — in a technical, engineering, or B2B environment · Strong command of written and spoken English; able to write professional quotation cover emails and customer communications independently · Proficient in Microsoft Excel(formulas, basic cost models), Word, and PowerPoint · Organised and detail-oriented Able to learn on the job · Experience coordinating international freight, customs clearance, or project logistics in Singapore · Experience with tender submissions in Singapore's public or private sector
