Sales Coordinator (West)

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices. Coordinate with warehouse, and procurement teams for delivery schedules. Input and manage sales orders in the ERP system. Track order status and inform customers of delivery updates or delays. Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms in all documentation. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Follow up on outstanding quotations and close sales in coordination with Sales team Handle customer feedback, returns, or complaints and escalate when necessary. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for internal review. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications. Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs. Any other ad hoc duties Requirements: GCE "O" or Nitec Level Skilled in using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Having experience with SAP is advantageous. Have a positive work ethic and a strong sense of accountability. Resourceful and capable of working on their own in a hectic setting Self-reliant, mature, and prepared to work with little direction Needs to be upbeat and proactive in problem-solving
