About this role
Assume responsibility for the engineering design, gain a thorough grasp of the client's needs, and suggest the best solution to meet the requirements. In a timely, accurate, and high-quality manner, create the engineering document (VDRL) and close the client comments. Create a scratch drawing and direct the AUTOCAD drafter to produce the engineering drawing deliverables. When preparing, designing, reviewing, and submitting engineering drawings, incorporate industry standards and best practices. Assist the internal technician with cabinet integration and equipment assembly; carry out system configuration, simulation, testing, and verification. Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) for the customer and train both the commissioning engineer and the client internally. Any more ad hoc work necessary for business requirements. Requirements: A minimum degree in telecommunications or a related technological field Demonstrated four to five years of experience in a comparable position in the industrial markets. Time management abilities and well-organized paperwork The capacity to express and communicate ideas to suppliers and customers. Capacity to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams Time-sensitive, resourceful, and goal-oriented Additional benefits will come with an AUTOCAD certificate. Additional benefits will include site commissioning and radio surveying knowledge in accordance with SOLAS and MODU. Additional benefits will include the ability to employ different coverage tools like iBwave for UHF/GSM coverage, Ekahau for WIFI coverage, and CadnaA for PAGA.
