Job Summary Support the Events Director in planning and executing events, managing communications, coordinating site visits, overseeing event delivery, and ensuring exceptional guest relations. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Events Director to plan and execute events that meet client expectations and business goals Manage event communications and respond promptly to guest enquiries via email and phone to ensure clear information flow Coordinate and participate in site visits with clients and vendors to assess event requirements and logistics Prepare, organise, and maintain accurate event documents including contracts, proposals, and event orders for smooth operations Oversee on-site event execution to deliver high-quality service and resolve issues proactively Manage guest relations by welcoming clients, attending to VIPs, and professionally handling feedback to enhance guest satisfaction Adapt to flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and event days to support event success Preferred competencies and qualifications Background in food and beverage or hospitality industries preferred to understand operational nuances Basic knowledge of wines and beverages is a plus, with WSET Level 1 or 2 certification considered advantageous
