Job Summary The Editorial Executive will play a key role in developing and managing content across FAS-owned platforms, with a primary focus on editorial and digital content. This includes producing feature stories, player and coach profiles, competition-related content, and supporting a broad range of communications materials such as press releases, newsletters, speeches, and stakeholder communications. Working closely with senior members of the Corporate Communications team, the Editorial Executive will help bring Singapore football stories to life - ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with FAS' communications objectives. Job Description Editorial & Content Development Research, write and edit content for FAS digital platforms, including feature stories, interviews, profiles, explainers, and other evergreen content Support the planning and maintenance of website content to ensure information remains current, relevant and engaging Develop content that showcases players, coaches, competitions, programmes, and key stakeholders across the Singapore football ecosystem Assist with content ideation and storytelling opportunities across FAS initiatives and events Communications & Content Support Draft and edit a range of communications materials, including press releases, media advisories, newsletters, speeches, reports, briefing documents, and stakeholder correspondence Support senior team members in preparing content for media engagements, campaigns, announcements, and corporate communications initiatives Ensure all written materials are accurate, consistent in tone, and aligned with FAS' messaging and brand voice Content Coordination &Administration Coordinate content submissions, approvals, and publication schedules across departments and stakeholders Maintain editorial calendars and content trackers to support planning and workflow Assist in managing content archives, image libraries, and documentation Matchday & Event Content Support Support content production surrounding national team matches, competitions, and key FAS events Assist with gathering quotes, statistics, and background materials for content development Work collaboratively with internal teams, clubs, partners, media, and external stakeholders to facilitate content development and delivery Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Media, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in editorial, content, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related role Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing platforms Basic photography and video capture or editing skills will be an advantage An interest in football and the wider sports industry is desirable
