An exciting opportunity to join HSBC Life Singapore , a leading life insurance provider and part of the HSBC Group. We are seeking a motivated Financial Services Consultant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Understand clients’ financial goals, needs, and risk profiles through comprehensive financial reviews Provide tailored recommendations on insurance, investment, savings, and retirement planning solutions Conduct regular portfolio reviews and update financial plans to meet clients’ evolving needs Stay up to date with market developments, product offerings, and regulatory requirements Participate in structured training programmes and obtain required professional certifications Achieve individual performance targets while delivering excellent client service and satisfaction Requirements Diploma or Degree in a related discipline CMFAS certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI and/or M8A) preferred; candidates willing to obtain the required certifications are welcome to apply Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude Prior experience in sales, banking, financial services, or insurance is advantageous but not essential Certifications CMFAS certification (M5, M9, M9A, HI, and/or M8A) Compensation & Benefits Allowance + commission structure, variable based on performance Structured training and professional development opportunities within HSBC Life About HSBC Life HSBC Life Singapore is part of the HSBC Group, a global banking and financial services organisation.
