Assistant Project Manager

Job Description Assisting and working under the direction of the Project Manager & Director: Collaborates with other stakeholders to determine project scope, objectives, timelines. Understand the specific requirements of the project. Collaborates with the design team to ensure that the designs are workable and meet technical specifications. Ensures all work carried out follows the safety regulations and industry best practices. Monitors the work quality, conducts inspections and ensures that the work carried out meets the required quality standards. Plans the hand tools, materials, and other equipment procurement required for the project. Responsible for coordinating resources, including general labor, equipment and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Plays an important role in identifying and resolving any problems and issues arising on site. Job Requirements Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent At least 4 years of Project Management experience. Understanding of fundamental engineering principles, construction methods and practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple priorities, stress, detailed work and meeting deadlines. Must possess a strong desire to learn, the resilience to navigate challenges, motivated by continuous improvement, and the ability to face challenges with maturity and perseverance are essential.
