Business Development Manager

Develop and execute strategic sales and business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion across APAC Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, including managing RFIs, tenders, and procurement processes Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital, EMS, and key healthcare stakeholders across the region Partner with regional sales teams and distributors to drive market penetration and expand market share Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities Support product management activities, including product positioning, lifecycle management, and alignment with regional market needs Deliver impactful sales presentations, support product evaluations, and implement customer training and education programs Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and pre-/post-sales support
