More than deliveringmeals, you will anticipate guest needs, provide intuitive service, and ensureevery interaction reflects the warmth, elegance, and attention to detail. This role is perfect for hospitality professionals who enjoycreating meaningful guest connections, thrive in a fast-paced environment, andtake pride in delivering exceptional service with precision and care. What you will do: You will deliver a seamless in-room dining experience byensuring every order is prepared, presented, and served with exceptionalattention to detail. Working closely with the culinary and order-taking teams,you will coordinate timely and accurate service while maintaining the higheststandards of quality and presentation. From thoughtfully setting up dining experiences within guestrooms to anticipating requests before they arise, you will create a warm andwelcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. You will also maintainimpeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation, manage billing andservice procedures accurately, and respond confidently to guest requests andservice recovery opportunities. Through close collaboration with Kitchen,Stewarding, and Front Office, you will help deliver a consistently elevatedguest experience. What you bring Minimum of 1 year of Food & Beverage serviceexperience, preferably in a luxury hospitality or F&B establishment.
