Full Stack Engineer

Overview We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a product development team responsible for building and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver secure, reliable, and user-centric digital solutions while contributing to software quality, automation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications. Build scalable and maintainable software using modern engineering practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making. Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents. Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and delivery efficiency. Prepare and maintain technical documentation aligned with architectural standards. Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and system performance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of software engineering experience. At least 3 years of experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams. Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and React Native. Experience with native Android or iOS development is an advantage. Experience with Docker and AWS services such as ECS Fargate, Lambda, S3, Aurora, and RDS. Strong knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL. Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and cloud computing principles. Experience in API development, authentication, middleware, application security, and system integration. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions.
