Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibility Handle local/overseas accounts receivable/payable function for day to day operations Ensure timely debt collection on respective overseas agents. Perform monthly overseas account reconciliation and send out monthly statement of accounts promptly. Liaise with internal and external parties with regards to agents’ payment status queries Ensure all filings are done in a proper and timely manner Assist on periodically / annually housekeeping as required Perform other general duties as and when assigned Job Requirement Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Must have some basic accounting knowledge and able to perform reconciliation of Accounts for AR/AP and Bank etc. No experience needed, training provided, experience in agent reconcile in forwarding industry would be an added advantage. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, show initiative to learn and adaptable to changes Full-Time position available. Nearby Transportation Company transport pick-up and drop-off at Jurong East stations.
