Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our freight forwarding and logistics business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end logistics operations, including airfreight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution, project logistics, and customer service support. The Operations Supervisor will lead operational teams, coordinate with customers, carriers, vendors, and regulatory authorities, and ensure that all shipments are handled efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations. Responsibilities Operations Management Supervise daily freight forwarding and logistics operations across air, ocean, and land transportation to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor shipment movements to guarantee timely pickup, transit, customs clearance, delivery, and completion of shipments Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, warehouses, and overseas agents to maintain operational flow Oversee import, export, cross-trade, and transshipment shipments to meet customer and regulatory requirements Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, permits, and customs declarations Manage warehousing, inventory control, cargo handling, and distribution activities to optimize operational efficiency Resolve operational issues, shipment delays, cargo discrepancies, and customer escalations promptly to maintain service quality Team Leadership Lead, supervise, and motivate operat…
