Job Summary Manage and coordinate airfreight, oceanfreight, and trucking shipments to ensure timely clearance, accurate documentation, and effective communication with customers, vendors, and partners. Responsibilities Coordinate airfreight, oceanfreight, and trucking shipments to ensure efficient and smooth operations Collaborate with clearance vendors to expedite fast terminal clearance for shipments Verify and declare accurate permits for all shipments to comply with regulations Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays Communicate shipment status updates promptly to customers and overseas partners Record shipment arrivals and arrange timely delivery and proof of delivery (POD) Support cost and selling price accuracy for each shipment job Generate accurate and prompt billing invoices for customers Monitor vendor service standards and ensure compliance with agreed requirements Manage vendor performance to guarantee timely deliveries and quality service Respond to requests for quotations (RFQ) and rate inquiries to support sales efforts Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high-quality customer service Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management
