On behalf of one of its clients in the engineering and equipment manufacturing industry, The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition professional to support the growth and development of our Singapore operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent across technical, engineering, project management, maintenance, sales, and support functions. In addition to talent acquisition responsibilities, the role will support the development of HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and human resource management activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of the Company’s Singapore operations and help build a strong and capable team. The scope and level of responsibility may be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience, capabilities, and organizational needs. For the right candidate, the role may evolve into a broader HR leadership position as the Company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels. • Screen and assess candidates to identify suitable talent for technical, operational, commercial, and management positions. • Coordinate and support interviews with hiring managers and management teams. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions across engineering, project management, maintenance, sales, finance, administration, and leadership functions. • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external recruitment par…
