Flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Deliver warm, professional, and friendly service—greet guests with a smile, take accurate orders, serve confidently, and recommend food, drinks, and wines. Be responsible in handling guest concerns with professionalism, adaptability, and care. Communicate clearly, proactively, and respectfully with both team and management. Keep all areas spotless, organized, and exceeding guest expectations.
