Position: Logistics Customer Service Officer Location: Penjuru Lane (company transport provided from Jurong East MRT) Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Freight forwarding service Main Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound and inventory matters Perform data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Handle order processing: receiving, put away, picking, packing, cancellations, etc Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone Requirements: Minimum 'N' level certificate 1 year of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or customer service role preferred Email to: abby.pang@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
