Microsoft Entra Id / Iam Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities Lead Microsoft Entra ID migration and validation activities. Configure and validate Microsoft Entra ID administrative roles, access models, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection policies. Design and implement secure SSO integration between Microsoft Entra ID and AWS Identity Center. Configure and validate SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integrations with enterprise applications. Implement and maintain Identity Governance, RBAC, and least-privilege access controls. Support production rollout, UAT, post-migration stabilization, and operational readiness. Perform security hardening, monitoring, audit readiness, and compliance validation. Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and federation-related issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and application owners during solution design and implementation. Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials. Requirements Experience Minimum 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Cloud Identity. Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments. Experience with banking, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage. Technical Skills Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) P1/P2 Microsoft Entra ID Migration AWS Identity Center (SSO) Conditional Access Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Identity Protection SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Active Directory & Hybrid Identity Application Integration & Federation PowerShell scripting ServiceNow (preferred) Preferred Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and AWS Identity Center integration. Experience with enterprise identity migration projects. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
