Standby and shift work may be required Location: Central Job Description Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into technical designs and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Design, develop, customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, plugins, and custom actions. Develop and enhance application functionalities using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. Design and implement system integrations with internal and external applications using REST APIs, web services, and middleware. Develop, execute, and document unit test cases, and support integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, system issues, and production incidents to ensure application stability and optimal performance. Perform application configuration management, change management, and version control in accordance with project governance and development standards. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, configuration documents, and user guides. Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, testers, and project stakeholders to deliver CRM solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure all developments comply with coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization. Hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including forms, views, entities, business rules, business process flows, workflows, plugins, and custom actions. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate), and REST APIs. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using APIs and web services. Experience throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Experience conducting unit testing, supporting system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional project teams.
