Quantity Surveyor (Structural Works)

Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for structural works. Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender comparisons. Review contracts, drawings, and specifications. Monitor project costs and budgets. Verify subcontractor claims and payments. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. 1-2 years experience in structural works is preferred. Good knowledge of construction contracts and quantity surveying practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
