Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, and offboarding. Prepare and maintain employment contracts, work pass applications, and HR documentation. Liaise with government agencies, including the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), when required. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies. Maintain personnel files and HR databases. Coordinate staff training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities. Handle employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support. Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management. Working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant HR experience. Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
