Fuji SMBE Industries Pte Ltd Logistics Assistant (July 2026) We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented LogisticsAssistant to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating deliveries, inventory management, documentation, and ensuring smooth logistics processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules. Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Liaise with customers, suppliers, transporters, and warehouse personnel. Update and maintain inventory records accurately. Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers. Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods. Maintain proper filing of logistics and shipping documents. Support the Logistics Executive/Manager in daily operational activities. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. At least 1 year of relevant logistics or warehouse experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. You must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work well in a team. · Salary : $2,000 - $3,200
