Construction Supervisor

Job Summary Oversee construction site operations, coordinate manpower, manage documentation, and ensure smooth workflow in a shift-based, six-day workweek environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and arrange manpower effectively to meet construction project demands Manage and process paperwork including invoices, purchase orders (PO), and quotations to support project administration Supervise and be present at construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans Communicate clearly in English to facilitate coordination and reporting Required competencies and certifications Hold a valid Class 3 or 4 Driving License to support site mobility and transportation needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in additional languages to enhance communication with diverse teams and stakeholders
