Operations Assistant (Location: Alps Avenue) Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities • Preferably can operate forklift • Loading and unloading cargoes from and to the containers • General warehousing and housekeeping duties • Responsible to complete the job process from Inbound to Outbound • Ensure that the administration work that goes along with the processes are conducted in a proper manner • Ensure proper records and for the stock/cargo kept in the warehouse • Working together with Warehouse Coordinator to run the day to day operations • Ad hoc work as and when may be assigned Requirements Minimum “O” Levels or equivalent. At least 2 years of work experiences as a storekeeper Preferable to possess Forklift license (3 tonnes). Be proactive towards clients and staff. Able to communicate well with all stakeholders. Possess high integrity and strong commitment. Good knowledge of documentation of import/export procedures with interest in continuous learning. A good team player and yet able to work independently.
