About the Role Reporting to Executive Director, you will lead a team and achieve agreed KPI’s in overseeing the marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. The Marketing Director or Senior Manager plays a crucial role in Gain City and is in charge of overseeing the marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. Key Responsibilities: Developing digital roadmap for businesses, sales & marketing that meets business objectives. Strategizing, planning, and managing marketing plans and campaigns to achieve sales results. Monitoring and implementing holistic digital marketing efforts to grow top to bottom funnel consumer-based solutions to grow customer base. Analyzing digital marketing trends and consumers’ behavior analysis to make recommendations on critical developments which could affect marketing planning and budgets monthly and annually. Keeping abreast of current digital market environment and gathering market intelligence in activities executed by competitors to identify pre-emptive actions that sharpen ongoing or subsequent initiatives. Reviewing all digital marketing deliverables to ensure that all materials and collaterals are in line with brand objectives. Managing digital A&P budget and ensuring ROI meets KPIs. Managing road shows, events and product launches. Ensuring proper dissemination of digital materials to the entire network, covering not only showroom displays, but also promotional or product materials for sales consultants and consumer collaterals. Planning and driving strategies to fortify brand equity, build brand awareness, interest and eventually sales. Managing Public Relations and press related communications and releases when required. Job Requirement: Degree with relevant fields of study. Minimum 8 years of related working experience. Retail and FMCG experience preferred. Excellent communications, writing and presentations skills. Good knowledge in digital commerce technology, analytics tools, SEO and SEM. Familiar with various e-commerce apps. Able to handle multiple projects concurrently. Event management and exhibition experience will be advantageous. Experience in handling advertising agencies and 3rd party vendors. Ability to handle a project from conceptualization till completion. Ability to craft marketing collaterals and communicates through various media platforms. Working Location: Tampines North Drive 5, we will be shifting to Tampines Megastore Gain City.
