About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Retail Director to lead our retail operations and drive sales performance across multiple outlets. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen to deliver revenue growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Drive overall retail sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and KPI targets Lead and manage multi-store operations, ensuring consistency in execution, merchandising, and service standards Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective action plans Work closely with store managers to drive sales conversion, staff productivity, and operational efficiency Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches to maximize sales opportunities Take ownership of retail P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Build strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners to support pricing, promotions, and product availability Ensure optimal inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention across all outlets Lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams, including performance management and succession planning Handle escalated operational and customer issues to ensure service excellence Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 6–10 years of experience in retail or sales leadership, preferably in IT or electronics industry Proven track record i…
