About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Director / Assistant Director / Senior Manager to lead the Finance department of the Gain City group of companies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the financial health and performance of the group through robust financial planning, effective cost management and timely reporting. You will oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls across all financial operations. Beyond these, you will guide investment decisions, evaluate business performance and support long-term growth strategies. You will also lead initiatives to streamline processes, leveraging technology and data to enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency.
