Location: Aperia Mall Working Days: 6 days a week Job Description: Looking for an energetic and organized Food Services Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations, supervise the service team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. Job Scope: - Manage daily front-of-house restaurant operations - Lead and organize guest seating flows - Optimize table turnover rates during peak hours - Monitor guest feedback on Google and resolve concerns promptly - Investigate billing discrepancies or voids in the system - Train staff on upselling techniques for premium menu items - Arrange seasonal table decorations for festive promotional periods - Enforce local food safety and hygiene regulations & maintain strict workplace safety protocols daily Job Requirements: - Willing to work during weekends and public holidays - Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
