Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalised product recommendations to meet their needs Identify customer preferences and suggest suitable fashion accessories and lifestyle merchandise Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system to ensure smooth checkout Replenish stock and maintain visually appealing product displays to attract customers Conduct inventory checks and organise stock to support efficient store operations Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards to create a welcoming retail environment Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising activities to boost sales Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed store sales targets Required competencies and certifications Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to serve diverse customers Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail setting Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Customer service skills demonstrated through previous retail or related experience Experience in retail sales, cashiering, merchandising, and inventory management Strong communication and teamwork abilities to contribute positively to the store team
