Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to support our expanding retail business by delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining outstanding retail operations. Responsibilities Deliver professional customer service throughout the purchasing journey to enhance customer satisfaction Build long-term relationships with customers by engaging and understanding their needs Recommend products tailored to customer preferences to increase sales conversion Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques Manage merchandising and visual presentation to maintain an appealing store environment Handle POS transactions accurately to ensure smooth checkout processes Support inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal product availability Participate actively in promotional events and product launches to boost brand visibility Maintain excellent store standards to provide a welcoming shopping experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential) At least 1 year of retail sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve diverse customers Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset Self-motivated and sales-oriented approach Flexibility to work retail hours Other Information N/A
