Job Summary Role: Staffing Partner Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Location: Singapore We are seeking a proactive and analytical Staffing Partner/Resource Management Specialist to support workforce planning, staffing operations, and resource optimization across business units. This role is responsible for aligning talent supply with business demand, ensuring efficient resource allocation, improving workforce utilization, and supporting staffing strategies that drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Business Operations teams to support staffing activities, maintain workforce visibility, and ensure the right talent is deployed to the right opportunities while minimizing bench time and maximizing business performance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Analytics, Management, or a related discipline. - Minimum 4 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Staffing Operations, Workforce Analytics, or a similar function within an IT, consulting, technology, or professional services environment. - Strong understanding of workforce planning, resource allocation, staffing operations, and utilization management. - Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Business Operations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide actionable insights. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis. - Experience working with resource management systems, staffing platforms, or workforce planning tools is highly advantageous. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure. - Self-driven, deta…
