Service Technician

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled CCTV Service Technician to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing CCTV/IP surveillance systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering reliable solutions to our clients. Vicon, Hikvision, and Avigilon experience certified are priority. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and test CCTV/IP camera systems, DVR/NVR units, and related hardware. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upgrades to ensure system reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely. Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage. Prepare service reports, installation documentation, and maintenance logs. Work in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and company policies. Requirements Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, IT, or related field. Proven experience in CCTV installation and servicing (IP-based systems preferred). Candidates without experience but with strong interest and willingness to learn are also encouraged. knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, routers). Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Physically fit to perform installation work (lifting, climbing ladders, working at heights). Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client sites when required.
