About this role

Role Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales team and manage administrative paperwork. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client communications. Support sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Handle documentation for compliance with company policies and Singapore MOM guidelines. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of records. Assist in preparing tender submissions and client proposals. Provide IT‑related administrative support (basic troubleshooting, data entry, CRM updates). Requirements Minimum Diploma/NITEC in Business Administration, IT, or related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; candidates without experience but with strong interest and willingness to learn are also encourage Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Basic IT knowledge (data entry, system updates, troubleshooting common office IT issues). Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and eligible work pass holders may apply.
