About this role

Administration Manager (Singapore) Key Responsibilities Process and manage payroll for the Singapore entity. Manage the company's bank accounts and handle fund transfers. Prepare financial closing documents, organize invoices, and maintain expense records. Maintain and manage corporate documents and records. Handle work visa applications, renewals, and related administrative procedures. Manage and consolidate Finance & Administration information for the Singapore entity. Communicate and collaborate with external consultants and service providers. Depending on your interests and capabilities, you may have opportunities to participate in new business initiatives, including real estate projects and overseas business expansion. Requirements At least 2 years of overall work experience Experience living or working in Singapore is preferred. (Visa sponsorship is available.) Strong communication skills in both Korean and English. A responsible, proactive individual who takes ownership of assigned tasks. A highly motivated professional with perseverance and a strong sense of grit. Preferred Qualifications Experience in corporate administration, accounting, or finance for a Singapore-based company. Experience in the F&B industry or a good understanding of restaurant operations. Employment Details Employment Type: Full-time Location: Singapore CBD Working Hours: Monday to Friday (5-day work week) Salary: SGD 4,000–5,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
