Assistant Clinic Manager

Gentle Smile Dental Studio - Dental Practice located in Wheelock Place, beside Orchard MRT Assist Clinic Manager with daily operation of the clinic. Other responsibilities include schdueling patient treatments, organizing patient surgeries, reviewing patient treatment plans and generally assisting patients with their dental treatment and issues. Manages the daily operation of the clinic Provide high level of service to potential patients and patients, ensuring that they are treated in a manner that provides reassurance and comfort Spend quality time with patients to learn patient’s specific needs, support patient throughout the process and welcome new patients Work with the dentist to organize a comprehensive treatment plan Communicate effectively with patients for financial option, offering payment plan options Performs necessary duties associated with checking patients in and out, record treatment information in the system Set follow up consultation with patient and present treatment plan to patient and schedule treatments planned for next appointment Follow up on leads for potential patients Complete front office duties such as managing patient relations, registering patients, scheduling appointments, providing dental information to patients, handling phone/email enquiries, dispensing medication, explaining fees and payment methods, collecting payment from patients, handling insurance/Medisave/CHAS/PG claims, keeping track of receipts etc Jobs requirements Candidates must possess at least Secondary School Certificate/ "O" Level in any field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 5.5 days work week. (Mon-Fri 9-6pm, Sat 9-1pm) IT literate (to use clinic software and email) Relevant working experience in dental industry is an added advantage Attractive incentive tied to profit.
