About this role

Job description • To provide 1st level technical support for all types of in-house repair work and manage facility maintenance of warehouses, offices, and buildings. • To liaise with subcontractors on all repair and maintenance works. • To ensure strong support and prompt response were given to works raised by stakeholders. • To perform troubleshooting for all M&E issues for all the warehouses, offices and buildings. • To perform building A&A works and provide technical advise and training to subcontractors, if necessary. • To perform administrative duties such as preparation of reports, electricity meter readings, recording and sourcing for quotations for facility related matters. • Domestic travel required • Must be contactable via mobile or other means during office hours, and occasionally outside office hours. • Adhere to Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy Position requirements and constraints (working hours…) • Able to work under stressful conditions and respond to urgent inquiries from internal or external clients when needs occur. Applicant's profile • 3-5 years of working experience or more as Technician in Facility management, estate management or related disciplines • Strong hands-on technical skills in Mechanical and Electrical and Building Works • Familiar in handing and taking over of premises
