About the Role: We are looking for dynamic, energetic interns who are passionate about creating experiences and hungry to learn what it takes to be the #1 global experience marketing agency to join us. We provide the opportunity for hands-on skills-building and practical experience within the industry. IGNITER Responsibilities You will be supporting task-based work on programs, as set out by your designated supervisor (mentor). You will be part of teams executing experiential marketing programs – and could be working on anything from conducting strategic research for programs, supporting integrated production in executing an experience, developing business plans with account management and having an onsite role at the experiences we create – we will aim to match your interests while giving you broad exposure to the different departments within GPJ that work in tandem to create experiences. What skills do you need? Ability to work independently and within a team framework. Excellent problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication and organizational skills, Ability to be proactive, maintain a positive attitude Willingness to navigate ambiguous tasks, find appropriate solutions, and seek help/advice where appropriate.
