Senior Engineer (Electrical)

Job Description To execute projects well from its planning to completion Candidates for senior roles are to guide a team of junior engineers in the design, execution and completion of projects Planning, design of mechanical & electrical services in buildings and infrastructural developments (substation, power, lighting, security system, data cabling, public address system, air-conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, gas, vertical transportation, etc) To liaise with Singapore authorities, clients, consultants, contractors Project Management from pre-development through to completion. Cost planning, life-cycle costing, evaluation of payment and variation orders for clients and quantities surveyors Attend and lead project meetings, site meeting, inspections, etc Requirements A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering 6-8 years’ hands-on experience in design in an engineering consultancy firm. Experience in handling full cycle of building service projects and proven track record with strong background in Electrical design. Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and Authority submission process Confident and have strong presentation & communication skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team setting Strong design skill in Revit/BIM & AutoCad is an added advantage
