Senior Business Development Manager – Medical Aesthetics

Job Overview We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across our portfolio of medical aesthetic devices, laser technologies, injectables and professional skincare solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced medical sales professional who enjoys developing long-term partnerships with doctors and clinic owners while contributing to the growth of an innovative healthcare company. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and acquire new aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and healthcare professionals. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinic decision-makers. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and business proposals. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales follow-up. Collaborate with the Clinical Applications team during demonstrations and product training. Represent the company at conferences, workshops and industry events. Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or aesthetic sales. Strong network within the healthcare or aesthetics industry is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, independent and target-driven. Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
