About The Job The Managing Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall management of Global Angle Pte. Ltd. The role ensures the company's sustainable growth by driving business development,operational excellence, financial performance, and people management while maintaining strong corporate governance and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, business plans, and long-term growth initiatives. Lead overall business operations, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. Identify and develop new business opportunities,partnerships, and market expansion strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,business partners, and key stakeholders. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management,and overall financial performance. Lead, mentor, and develop management and employees, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Work closely with regional offices to coordinate cross-border projects and business initiatives. Oversee the delivery of high-quality market research and consulting services to clients. Represent the company in negotiations, industry events, and business networking opportunities. Drive organisational improvements, digital transformation,and process optimisation. Report to shareholders and directors on business performance,risks, and strategic initiatives. Manage and strengthen relationships with Japanese clients and business partners, ensuring effective communication, high-quality serviced delivery, and long-term business collaboration. Act as the key liaison for Japanese-speaking stakeholders, facilitating cross-border business discussions, negotiations, and regional initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage. At least 8–10 years of senior management or executive leadership experience. Proven experience in market research, consulting,professional services, or related industries. Strong business development and client relationship management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Japanese language proficiency (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with Japanese clients, business partners,and regional offices, including conducting business meetings, negotiations, and reviewing business documents in Japanese. Experience working with Japanese clients, partners, or multinational business environments will be an advantage.
