Executive

Responsibility: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Executive to support and coordinate the daily operations of our soybean product manufacturing facility (excluding soybean sauce and soybean milk). This role involves coordinating production processes for a variety of soy-based products such as tofu, soy protein, and other specialty items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, excellent coordination skills, and a good understanding of food safety and quality standards. This position requires a hands-on individual who can ensure efficient operations, work closely with the production team, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Description: - Coordinate daily food production activities to ensure efficient, timely, and quality output. - Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, ensuring all products meet safety and quality specifications. - Coordinate and support production staff to achieve productivity targets while ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements. - Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime. - Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and smooth production operations. - Identify production or machinery issues and work with the relevant departments to resolve them promptly. - Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and other required documentation. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Able to carry heavy goods, approximately 20kg–40kg. - Required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and overtime when necessary. - Frequent exposure to water during production activities. - Able to work rotating shifts and overtime. Working Location: Woodlands Loop Requirements: - At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the food manufacturing or related industry. - Possess at least a Higher Education qualification or Diploma in any field. - Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking clients and workers. - Good coordination and problem-solving skills. - Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. - Able to adapt, prioritize tasks, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multitask, and work independently. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. - Meticulous, responsible, and mature in handling work assignments.
