Trade Pricing Executive

The Role: To support the Trade & Pricing team in managing daily pricing, deadfreight administration, BSA allotment, and commercial coordination activities to ensure smooth trade operations and maximise revenue opportunities. Job Responsibilities: 1. Pricing Management Prepare quotations in accordance with approved pricing guidelines. Support daily pricing enquiries from Sales. 2. BSA Planning & Capacity Management Provide BSA adjustment before commencement of each cycle. Coordinate with LMD and local offices to optimise utilisation. 3. Deadfreight(DF) Administration Administer Deadfreight(DF) contracts, BAF updates, billing, filing, and invoice tracking. 4. System& Record Management Maintain accurate system records, including rates, contracts, allocations, and amendments. 5. Trade Monitoring & Compliance Monitor CRR/SRR filings, pre-loading payments, and booking status. Ensure compliance with Trade SOPs and internal pricing policies. 6. Reporting& Analysis Prepare regular reports on pricing, DF performance, space utilisation, and commercial activities. 7. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with Sales, LMD, Finance, and local offices to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes. 8. Projects& Continuous Improvement Support ad-hoc commercial projects and process improvements. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field in shipping profession is an added- advantage. Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain relationships with clients and partners. Candidate should be equipped with adequate numeracy skills. Candidate must be meticulous with details, multi-tasking, possess a positive learning attitude, and be able to cope with the fast-paced working environment. Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
