About this role

Design, develop, and characterize MOSFETs, non-volatile memory cells, or CMOS-based sensors to meet performance and reliability requirements. Collaborate with TCAD and modeling engineers to predict device results and produce accurate device models. A Master's degree with at least 2 years of relevant device experience or a PhD is required. Familiarity with layout and design rules, as well as experience in detailed electrical characterization of devices, is preferred.
